Purpose of personal data processing:

The Office of the President of the Czech Republic processes personal data on the basis of a law, contract or granted consent. These reasons arise from Article 6, Paragraph 1 of the GDPR.

The Office of the President of the Czech Republic guarantees the subject's right to access, correct, restrict the processing or delete the personal data. Requests regarding the rights of data subjects should be sent to the contact address provided above.

Statement on the processing of personal data via a website

We consider personal data protection to be an essential indispensable part of our systems and processes. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("GDPR") and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (general data protection regulation), we present the following statement.

This site does not collect personal data for further processing.

Other personal data processors

In order to process the personal data, the Administrator may also use his own processors with which he has concluded a processing contract. The administrator may currently use the following processors:

  1. FG Forrest, a.s. for the administration and operation of the hrad.cz website

The personal data administrator guarantees the rights of data subjects arising from the General Regulation.

This particularly, but not exclusively, includes the following rights:

  1. The right to request information and to access the personal data processing
    You can ask for information about whether your personal data is being processed and to what extent.
  2. The right to deletion
    You may request the deletion of your personal data, and it is our duty to do so without undue delay if at least one of the reasons arising from Article 17, Paragraph 1 of the General Regulation is fulfilled. However, we may deny you the right to delete your personal data for legal reasons, either in a case when we need the personal data to fulfill a contract (service), or if we are obligated to keep them by a legal obligation or a legitimate interest of the administrator.
  3. The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
    You may ask the administrator to correct inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of processing, the data subject has the right to complete incomplete personal data by providing an additional statement.
  4. The right to restrict processing
    You may ask the administrator to stop processing your personal data.
  5. The right to data transferability
    You may request your personal data in the format required for further automated processing.
